Looking for Project Admin X 2Key responsibilities:Handle employee delegation requests (local & overseas) and process necessary approvals.
Monitor, track, and control employee movements, assignments, and project allocations.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting for all delegation and assignment activities.
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and government authorities.
Support HR functions (attendance, leave records, Iqama renewals, GOSI, Muqeem, etc.).
Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.
Manage day-to-day office operations and administration.
Handle correspondence, emails, and official communications.
Maintain company records, documents, and filing systems.
Monitor office expenses and support basic accounting tasks.
Arrange staff travel, accommodation, and logistics.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Provide administrative support to management and project teams.
Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points.Mandatory Skills:Strong communication skills (Hindi & English – written and verbal, Arabic - verbal).
Office administration & coordination experience.
Document control & record management.
Knowledge of HR processes (Iqama renewals, GOSI, Muqeem, visas, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Time management & organizational skills.
Ability to handle employee delegation and travel arrangements.
Understanding of Saudi labor regulations and compliance requirements.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
