Key ResponsibilitiesProject DocumentationPrepare, file, and track contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and variation orders.Maintain and update project files, drawings, specifications, and as-built records.Assist in preparing reports, letters, and correspondence related to construction projects.Coordination & CommunicationAct as a point of contact between site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and head office.Schedule and coordinate project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.Support project managers in monitoring schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.Administrative SupportManage office supplies, stationery, and site-related administrative needs.Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely distribution.Support HR and site management with timesheets, leave records, and staff mobilization.Financial & Procurement SupportAssist in preparing tender documents, bids, and procurement records.Maintain logs for invoices, delivery notes, and supplier payments.Support cost control by maintaining accurate records of expenses.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administration, preferably within the construction industry.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or ERP systems) is an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and support multiple projects simultaneously.Core CompetenciesProfessionalism and confidentiality.Strong coordination and teamwork abilities.Time management and proactive problem-solving.Knowledge of construction processes, documents, and terminology.Employment DetailsJob Title: Construction AdministratorDepartment: Administration / ProjectsReports to: Project Manager / General Manager / HR ManagerLocation: Khobar, KSAEmployment Type: Full timeWith Driving license
