The Chef De Partie (Hot, Production) plays a crucial role in the culinary team of a hospitality establishment, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. This position requires a skilled culinary professional who can manage a specific section of the kitchen, typically focusing on hot food production. The Chef De Partie is responsible for creating delicious dishes while maintaining consistency and quality, adhering to health and safety regulations, and contributing to the overall success of the kitchen operations.Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook high-quality hot dishes according to the restaurant's menu and standards.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels for the hot kitchen section, placing orders as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations in the kitchen.
  • Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting any issues to the head chef.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the hot kitchen area.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.

Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
