Job Location: Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaOverviewWe are currently seeking a KSA Sales Manager to lead the Project Sales function in the Saudi market. This high-impact role is responsible for driving business growth, setting and achieving sales targets, and building a strong sales pipeline in the projects channel. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership, deep market knowledge in KSA, and strong experience in the building materials sector.Primary ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Leadership
  • Develop and execute annual sales strategies and business plans for the Projects Channel in KSA.
  • Forecast and plan expected sales volumes, revenues, and profitability.
  • Lead, inspire, and grow the project sales team to exceed set targets and KPIs.
Sales Operations & Client Development
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by understanding evolving needs.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and stay abreast of competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure client-centric offerings.
Reporting & Market Insight
  • Present regular reports on sales performance, revenue, expenses, and market forecasts.
  • Continuously monitor the market landscape to adjust plans and stay ahead of trends.
Innovation & Team Enablement
  • Implement new sales practices and contribute to change management programs.
  • Maximize team performance through coaching, development, and performance management.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Education: B.Sc. in Engineering or any related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in project sales and commercial roles in KSA.
  • Industry: Proven experience in the building materials industry is a must.
  • Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English required.
