The Sales Manager position at our industrial production company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in restaurant equipment, Stainless steel products, and refrigeration solutions. This role is pivotal in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have at least 9 years of experience in the industry, showcasing a proven track record of successful sales management and client relationship building. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our diverse clientele.Responsibilities: * Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the restaurant equipment and stainless steel sectors.
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the restaurant and refrigeration industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports for senior management review.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure offerings meet market demands.
  • Organize training programs to enhance the sales team's product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
Preferred Candidate: * Minimum of 9 years of experience in sales management within the restaurant equipment or steel industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
