This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals passionate about operational excellence and developing hospitality teams.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
Supervise floor service during shifts to ensure smooth, efficient, and elegant guest experiences
Lead, coach, and motivate service staff, maintaining morale and professionalism at all times
Manage table flow, reservations, and guest seating with coordination and care
Handle guest feedback and complaints diplomatically, ensuring satisfaction
Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the restaurant
Assist with daily briefings, floor assignments, and service protocols
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver cohesive guest experiences
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Report service outcomes and issues to the Restaurant Manager or General Manager
