- Create product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Work closely with Sales to generate qualified leads and increase conversion rates.
- Optimize marketing channels to maximize ROI and customer acquisition cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
- Enhance customer engagement strategies across digital and offline channels.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
- Build long-term brand relationships to increase repeat purchase rate.
- Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, trade marketing, events, promotions).
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
- Adjust strategies based on analytics and performance insights.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
- Develop marketing materials and promotional content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools for tracking campaign performance (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
