Taj HR is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership abilities to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience and business objectives.Job SummaryThe Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product growth, expand the customer base, and enhance customer loyalty. This role focuses on building strong brand positioning, increasing market share, and strengthening long-term customer relationships through strategic and data-driven marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Create product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Define target segments and customer personas.
2. Customer Acquisition & Growth
  • Design campaigns aimed at expanding the customer base.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
  • Work closely with Sales to generate qualified leads and increase conversion rates.
  • Optimize marketing channels to maximize ROI and customer acquisition cost efficiency.
3. Customer Loyalty & Retention
  • Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
  • Enhance customer engagement strategies across digital and offline channels.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
  • Build long-term brand relationships to increase repeat purchase rate.
4. Campaign Management & Execution
  • Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, trade marketing, events, promotions).
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
  • Adjust strategies based on analytics and performance insights.
5. Brand Management
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
  • Develop marketing materials and promotional content aligned with brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools for tracking campaign performance (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
