- Lead, coach, and manage a team of approximately 5-7 Medical Representatives across western region of KSA.
- Drive achievement of sales targets, KPIs, and market share objectives.
- Ensure effective execution of brand strategies within Gastroenterology (Rx) and CHC/RHC portfolios.
- Support and execute upcoming product launches in the CHC segment.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance, provide coaching, and enhance team effectiveness.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, in private and government sectors.
- Support key account management activities; KAM exposure is considered a plus.
- Contribute to forecasting, territory planning, and performance analysis.
- Participate in establishing internal processes, policies, and SOPs as part of the company's growth journey in KSA.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with distributor operations within the TSO structure.
- Reporting to the Country Head of KSA.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Sales Manager within a multinational pharmaceutical company.
- Proven people management experience with direct reports.
- Strong background in Gastroenterology (Rx) is highly preferred.
- Experience with branded products; generics background alone will not be considered sufficient.
- Exposure to CHC/RHC portfolios and product launches is advantageous.
- Understand the principles of Key Account Management and has a good grasp of category management.
- Experience working with private and government sector accounts in KSA is advantageous
- Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
