- Manage and grow relationships with assigned HoReCa clients including hotels, restaurants, and cafés
- Support the onboarding of new clients and expansion of existing accounts
- Execute sales plans and ensure achievement of revenue targets within the assigned portfolio
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, product availability, and client satisfaction
- Monitor client performance, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipelines, and forecasts
- Support tendering processes and commercial proposals where required
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to commercial terms
- 3–6 years of experience in HoReCa sales or account management within Saudi Arabia
- Strong exposure to hotels, restaurants, or food service operators
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes and client servicing
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
