Sales Associate - Fashion and Lifestyle Retail Jobs Riyadh Saudi Arabia

• Greet customers and assist them in product selection, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience
• Actively convert walk-in customers into buyers and build long-term relationships
• Promote Club Apparel Loyalty Program to enhance customer retention and increase repeat sales
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude aligned with brand image and service standards
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge across fashion, footwear, and lifestyle categories to aid suggestive selling
• Work extended hours during promotions or sales seasons to meet footfall and sales demands

• Ensure attractive product display and compliance with visual merchandising standards
• Maintain stock presentation and replenishment as per company guidelines
• Handle billing operations accurately at the POS counter including cash, card, and voucher transactions
• Conduct daily cash till reconciliation and maintain transactional integrity
• Support with inventory inward/outward movement, stock count, and loss prevention practices
• Uphold store hygiene and layout standards, reporting discrepancies to store management

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred, especially in fashion, lifestyle, or department stores
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service and selling
• Flexible to work in shifts and during extended hours or weekends
• Well-groomed, energetic, and able to work in a team-driven retail environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail operating procedures is an advantage
