Job Description:ITP Media Group is seeking a highly skilled and project-oriented Account Manager.This role is critical for ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day operations, communication, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in account management, particularly within the media and publishing sectors, and possess the ability to manage complex interior and exterior client relationships with precision.You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:· Client Liaison: Manage day-to-day communications directly with senior stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and effective correspondence.· Partner Management: Coordinate and maintain productive relationships with external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery of all deliverables.· Project Management: Oversee the successful execution of media campaigns and projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.· Administration: Handle all administrative tasks including reporting, and documentation.· Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of a project, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and project success.· Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates to internal teams and senior management on project status, timelines, and client feedback.· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal departments such as editorial, creative, and production teams to ensure client deliverables are met and expectations are exceeded.Requirements:· Proven experience in account management, preferably in the media, publishing, or advertising sectors.· Strong understanding of managing high-profile, long-term contracts and building strong, lasting client relationships.· Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.· Ability to manage multiple vendors, deadlines, and client expectations effectively.· Experience working directly with senior-level client contacts, including familiarity with handling complex client needs.· Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.· High attention to detail with strong administrative skills.· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.· Strong proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
