Al Adwaa Factory, a leading name in lighting and electrical manufacturing in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced and ambitious B2B Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist. You will handle B2B client development, digital marketing campaigns, SEO, quotations, and customer relations, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles. 1. Identify and approach B2B clients (contractors, consultants, distributors).
2. Prepare quotations, proposals, and brochures tailored to client needs.
3. Manage SEO & digital marketing campaigns to boost online presence.
4. Handle product presentations, marketing content, and promotions.
5. Understand customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
6. Work closely with management to achieve monthly & annual sales targets.
7. Attend client visits and represent the company when required.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proficiency in English & Arabic.
3. 3–5 years proven experience in B2B sales (lighting/electrical/industrial).
4. Certificates in SEO & Digital Marketing (HTML, Robots.txt, WordPress, Analytics).
5. Strong knowledge of design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CorelDraw).
6. Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
7. Confident, proactive, and customer-focused.
