- Own end-to-end execution across sales, distribution, and operations
- Lead the sales team to deliver volume, revenue, and coverage targets
- Strengthen route-to-market strategy to ensure full market coverage and availability
- Drive in-market execution across retail, wholesale, and HORECA channels
- Monitor sales performance regularly and take immediate corrective actions
- Oversee coordination between production, inventory, and logistics to ensure consistent supply
- Ensure on-time delivery and minimize stock-outs and overstocking
- Align production planning with market demand in coordination with factory teams
- Own P&L performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and margin optimization
- Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives
- Set, track, and enforce KPIs across sales, distribution, and operations
- Drive accountability and performance across teams
- Strengthen collaboration between sales, logistics, finance, and production to resolve bottlenecks quickly
- 4+ years of experience in the bottled water industry (mandatory)
- Oversee end-to-end operations — sourcing, production, logistics, and sales.
- Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate waste across all functions.
- Ensure production quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Manage the P&L and deliver growth in revenue and profitability.
- Set and track KPIs across sales and production.
- Lead and develop sales team
- Strengthen route-to-market and ensure market coverage.
- Drive collaboration between factory, logistics, sales, and finance.
- English required
- Arabic preferred but not mandatory (must be able to manage Arabic-speaking teams)
