- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or finance-related roles
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data interpretation
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting and ERP systems
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to engage stakeholders effectively
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the entertainment or investment sectors is a plus
