Job Description:Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of redefining the entertainment landscape in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking a strategic and analytical leader for the role of Director - Financial Planning & Analysis (Core Assets). This vital position will guide our financial strategy and provide leadership in analyzing and planning the financial aspects of Qiddiya's core assets.As the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial analysis related to core assets, ensuring that financial decisions support the company's strategic initiatives and long-term growth objectives. You will lead a team of financial professionals in conducting thorough analyses, forecasting, and budgeting while collaborating with various departments to optimize financial performance.Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the financial planning and analysis process for core assets, including developing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support investment decisions.
  • Lead the evaluation of financial performance through detailed variance analysis and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders, clearly communicating financial insights and strategic implications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that financial planning aligns with operational objectives and supports business growth.
  • Conduct strategic risk analysis and opportunity assessments for current and future core assets, advising on financial implications and potential outcomes.
  • Implement best practices in financial planning processes and develop methodologies that enhance financial performance tracking.
  • Stay informed on relevant industry trends and regulatory changes, guiding the finance team in adapting strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on core assets or large-scale developments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to support data-driven decision-making.
