Key Responsibilities:Manage daily/weekly attendance, overtime, and payroll support.Handle leave requests, absences, and rejoining formalities.Support recruitment, onboarding, and Iqama processing.Maintain employee records and submit regular HR reports.Act as first HR contact for site employees and resolve issues.Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and company policies.Monitor staff welfare (accommodation, meals, transportation).Requirements:Bachelor’s in HR/Business Administration.2–4 years’ HR experience (site experience preferred).Knowledge of Saudi labor law.Strong MS Excel & HR system skills.email :
