- Evaluate credit applications and make recommendations for credit limits
- Monitor customer accounts and identify potential credit risks
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debt
- Negotiate payment plans with customers to resolve overdue accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to credit and collections
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to optimize credit policies
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit files
- Assist in the resolution of billing disputes and discrepancies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of credit and collection processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in credit and collections or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, or data base software.
- May serve as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of credit and collections processes.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian financial laws and regulations.
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Professional certifications, (SOCPA) certified.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
