- Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling all aspects of project execution, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality. The role is critical in ensuring that the project is delivered successfully, meeting stakeholder expectations and achieving the desired project outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to gather project data, updates, and insights. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to relevant internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Interact with external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors, to exchange project-related information and updates. Communicate project status, deliverables, and timelines to external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and managing expectations
- Ensure that the project is completed within the defined scope, budget, and schedule while adhering to quality standards and achieving the desired project objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to monitor project performance, manage project financials, and provide insightful reports to support decision-making.
- Coordinate execution team to create project schedules, considering site acquisition, design, permitting, and construction phases.
- Monitor project progress and track key milestones, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Conduct audits and site visits and inspections to assess project status and identify potential risks or issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Operations teams, site acquisition teams, and Design teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Address stakeholder concerns and inquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory responses.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing project updates and progress reports.
- Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, including project progress, milestones achieved, and any issues or risks encountered.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, change orders, and approvals
- Ensure that project data is recorded and stored appropriately for future reference and auditing purposes.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by management or stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audits related to project control processes and documentation.
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as project management, engineering, or business administration.
- 10+ years of total professional experience
- At least 5 years in PMO/PCM Roles
- PMP or any equivalent certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of project control principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong understanding of project management principles, processes, and tools.
- Proficiency in project control methodologies, risk management, and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management software and reporting tools.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders at various levels.
- Well-versed in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word Visio), good knowledge of Project reporting tools (Power BI / Click sense)
