- Manages and motivate staff, reducing turnover rates and ensuring a high level of customer service at any given time
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly.
- Proficiency in restaurant software and technology, as well as an understanding of financial and inventory management.
- Passion for “empanada” and establishing customer retention
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
