The ideal candidate will manage contract administration, support project teams, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.Handle variations, claims, and disputes.Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and company requirements.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.Maintain records of contract documentation and correspondence.Monitor budgets, timelines, and risks related to contracts.Provide commercial and contractual advice as needed.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).5-10 years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
