We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Director for Roads to lead the development and execution of road infrastructure initiatives within the Qiddiya project. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing phases of road-related projects, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.As a Project Director, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to design and implement innovative road solutions that support sustainable mobility and enhance connectivity throughout Qiddiya. This is an opportunity to drive significant infrastructure development in a visionary project that will shape the future of the region.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and design of road infrastructure projects to meet the development timeline and operational needs of Qiddiya.
Oversee the execution of road projects from conception through completion, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality assurance plans, monitoring performance against established benchmarks.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and urban planners to integrate road designs into the overall development framework of Qiddiya.
Engage with local authorities, governmental agencies, contractors, and community groups to facilitate project approvals and stakeholder alignment.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with road infrastructure projects, ensuring proactive resolution of issues that arise.
Manage procurement processes, negotiation, and appointment of contractors and service providers in accordance with company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections and oversee construction activities, ensuring safety and compliance with environmental regulations.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders on project status, achievements, and challenges.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Develop relationships with key stakeholders to promote stakeholder engagement and involvement in road project planning and execution.
Coordinate and conduct public meetings to present project plans and gather community feedback.

Advocacy and Policy Leadership: Stay informed about policy changes, industry trends, and technological advancements related to road development and infrastructure.This role is critical for ensuring Qiddiya's roads are designed and constructed to meet the vision of the city and its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and quality. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in project management, specifically in road infrastructure projects.
Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of road design standards, construction practices, and project delivery methods.
Experience working with government entities and obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in managing diverse teams and promoting a collaborative work environment.
Commitment to safety and quality standards in construction processes.
