He/she will be responsible for helping the marketing department solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance. A deeply skilled manager with high level understanding in how SM platforms work and can run ads and optimize a monthly budget.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Manage a monthly budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of digital campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the conversion funnel and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling and high-converting digital assets.
  • Work to enhance the company's search engine visibility through strategic SEO initiatives.
  • Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing innovative tools to enhance digital performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives.
  • Work closely with external agencies and partners to optimize collaborative efforts.

  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and marketing technologies.
  • Demonstrable experience managing a monthly advertising budget of at least $1 million USD.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, ad targeting, and audience segmentation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry or related fields is a plus.
