- Develop a comprehensive regional marketing plan aligned with the company's objectives, incorporating market insights and growth opportunities.
- Define clear marketing objectives, target metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of regional marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product development, sales, and overall business strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints within the region.
- Develop and execute brand-building initiatives, including advertising campaigns, sponsorships, events, and public relations activities.
- Maintain brand guidelines, monitor brand perception, and take proactive measures to enhance brand awareness and reputation in the region.
- Create innovative and effective marketing campaigns tailored to the regional market, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, social media, print, events, etc.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including planning, content development, creative direction, media buying, and performance tracking.
- Monitor campaign results, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing collaterals, sales tools, presentations, and digital content specific to the region.
- Ensure that all marketing materials are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines and local market preferences.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, designers, and copywriters, to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including regional sales teams, distributors, partners, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives and support lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Liaise with global marketing teams to share best practices, leverage global marketing assets, and contribute to global marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in regional marketing roles, preferably in a multinational or regional company.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify market opportunities and formulate effective marketing strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of regional market trends, consumer behavior, and industry dynamics.
- Ability to analyze market research data and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Demonstrated creativity in developing marketing campaigns and collateral that resonate with the target audience and differentiate the brand.
- Ability to think outside the box, embrace new marketing trends, and leverage digital platforms for effective marketing communication.
- Strong project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and proven experience in managing marketing budgets effectively.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels.
