We are seeking a talented professional to join our team and play a key role in supporting our financial decision-making process within the Total Facilities Management (TFM) industry.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual results.Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, highlight risks, and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide actionable insights.Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders.Evaluate capital expenditure requests and conduct feasibility studies.Qualifications:
