Job Category: DevelopmentJob Description:Job Purpose:The Financial Analyst Manager is responsible for leading a team of financial analysts in providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support Retal Urban Development Company's strategic decision-making. This individual will oversee the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses, as well as provide insights into the company's financial performance and potential investment opportunities.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts.2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Oversee the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.3. Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage the annual budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts to track financial performance.4. Variance Analysis: Analyze actual financial results against budgets and forecasts, identifying key variances and providing explanations.5. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.6. Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the company's financial performance.7. Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investment opportunities, including real estate development projects, acquisitions, and joint ventures.8. Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions.9. Business Partnering: Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support their decision-making processes.10. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.11. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Skills:

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • [10-15] years of experience in financial analysis, with at least [3-5] years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis principles.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Experience with financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • CFA or CPA certification is preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages (written and spoken) is preferred.
