- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospects.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or Business Administration or related.
- 2-5 of proven sales experience in the same field and territory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Experience in the lighting experience is a must.
- A valid driving license is required.
