The Catering and Events Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering and event planning, including managing client relationships, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the successful execution of events.Job Responsibility:
- Manage client inquiries and bookings for catering and events
- Collaborate with clients to plan and customize menus and event details
- Coordinate with vendors, including catering staff, florists, and rental companies
- Ensure seamless execution of events, including set-up, service, and clean-up
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Manage and track event budgets to ensure profitability
