We are looking for a proactive Dispatch Officer to support our Telecom Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team. The role involves monitoring network alarms, coordinating field technicians, dispatching resources, and ensuring timely resolution of faults and service requests. The Dispatch Officer acts as a central link between the NOC, field staff, vendors, and management.Key Responsibilities:Monitor network alarms and trouble tickets from NOC/OSS systems.Dispatch field teams (riggers/engineers) for preventive and corrective maintenance.Track and follow up on fault clearance progress, ensuring SLA compliance.Maintain accurate logs of dispatched tasks, time, and resolution status.Coordinate with subcontractors/vendors for escalated issues.Provide real-time updates to O&M supervisors/management.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on faults and dispatch activities.Support in emergency response situations and site access coordination.Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) guidelines during dispatch.Qualifications & Skills:Diploma / Bachelor’s in Telecom / Electronics / Electrical2–4 years’ experience in Telecom O&M / NOC / Field Support.Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure (BTS, MW, IBS, Fiber, Power systems, etc.).Hands-on with ticketing tools, monitoring systems, and MS Office.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to multitask under pressure and meet SLAs.Flexibility to work in shifts / 24x7 environment.Preferred Experience:Previous role in Telecom O&M Dispatch / NOC coordination.Experience in Ericsson technologyFamiliarity with field team scheduling tools.
