- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to pitch ERP solutions effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia, with at least 1 year dedicated to selling ERP systems.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Visa: Preferable to have a transferable working visa (Iqama) for Saudi Arabia.
- Skills: Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Personal Traits: Strong business sense and industry expertise, highly motivated and target driven, excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
