- Ensures tray line start times and delivery times are met.
- Oversee tray line operations in accordance with established standard of quantity, quality control, taste and presentation, temperature and delivery.
- Supervise tray line personnel and work in a cooperative manner with team members, guests, and client personnel.
- Operational oversight with a hands-on leadership style, with competencies of all areas of the tray line operation.
- Maintains a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
- Liaises with direct manager to ensure the support to the team.
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are consistently maintained in accordance with the Quality Assurance Program, safe work practices are followed.
- Ensure the personal working hygiene standards meet both the company and statutory requirements.
- Assist in the completion of employee evaluation or appraisals as per company procedure, to include improvement plans.
- Manages effective training and development of all team members, identifying any gaps to direct line manager.
- To report any equipment defects, maintenance requirements that will hamper the expected level of service.
- Attended daily meetings, briefing, trainings, meetings as and when required.
- Perform additional duties and any other tasks, as requested by the Manager.
- Duties listed are not limited to specific location, if required should be willing to work in any location and as assigned by the department manager across KSA.

- Guiding, supporting, monitoring, evaluation, and training of staff.
- Monitoring and maintaining levels of conduct and work performance.
