This role supports daily field-based transportation operations by coordinating personnel, monitoring traffic conditions, and ensuring timely response to incidents and disruptions. It plays a key role in maintaining operational discipline, improving response efficiency, and supporting overall traffic management objectives.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily field operations including patrol activities, monitoring, and incident coordination
- Coordinate with traffic control teams, management centers, and external agencies for real-time updates
- Ensure operational tasks are executed in line with project procedures and safety requirements
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation of field activities and incidents
- Support response planning during congestion, road works, and emergency situations
- Conduct field inspections to identify traffic issues, signage concerns, and operational risks
- Promote adherence to safety protocols and operational standards across teams
- Assist in preparing shift reports, summaries, and operational updates
- Support onboarding of new staff and ensure understanding of field procedures
- Represent the organization professionally during stakeholder and public interactions
- Minimum 5+ years experience in transportation operations, traffic support, or field supervision
- Proven ability to lead field teams and manage daily operational activities
- Experience handling incidents, congestion, and dynamic traffic conditions
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to changing situations
- Good communication skills in Arabic with working English knowledge
