- Responsible for IP Telephony management .
- Monitor the performance IP telephony Servers.
- Maintain the IP telephony diagrams and related documentation.
- Co-ordination with vendors for Resolution of Issues.
- Apply the software and IOS required updates and patches after getting customer approval for network and IP telephony servers.
- Perform systems Configuration Backup/Restore with regular restore process.
- Participate in daily operation tasks assigned .
- Perform telephony configuration changes on voice gateways and telephony servers if required.
- Perform IP Phones configuration changes across SDB locations.
