- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Work closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and build a presence in the market.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure client feedback is incorporated into product development.Qualifications
- Proven work experience at Regional Leadership position in Business Development role in the SaaS or tech industry, preferably with a focus on B2B products.
- Strong understanding of the market and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
- Proven ability to position products against competitors.
- Demonstrable experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
