It includes order brokerage, operations management, shipment tracking, and real-time pricing.Job Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing operational or digital service projects.- Solid understanding of the land transportation sector (direct or indirect experience is a plus).- Ability to manage multiple teams (Operations, Support, Tech, Driver Relations, Customer Relations).- Capability to build and document processes from scratch.- Strong communication skills with all parties involved: drivers, clients, and partners.- Good knowledge of project management tools and shipment tracking technologies.- Experience in fast-growing environments or startups.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the full launch and daily operations of the digital platform.- Build core processes (registration, orders, driver acceptance, shipment tracking, invoicing).- Coordinate with tech teams to ensure platform alignment with daily operational requirements.- Develop a driver database with shipment and vehicle classifications.- Monitor daily operational performance and improve driver-client matching efficiency.- Develop operational policies (insurance, collection, safety, support, evaluation).- Engage with logistics partners and governmental entities when needed.- Prepare regular performance reports covering order completion rate, response time, and customer satisfaction.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.Experience: Hands-on operational experience in brokerage, delivery, or transportation projects.Preference for candidates familiar with the Saudi or GCC land transportation market.Skills:- Ability to handle fieldwork and executive tasks simultaneously.- Strong decision-making and on-ground data analysis skills.- Leadership skills in building and managing organized teams for drivers, customers, and operations.- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Notion, Trello, Google Workspace.
