Landscape Inspection Specialist

- Conduct regular site inspections of landscape projects to assess compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Review landscape plans and specifications to ensure adherence during all phases of construction.
- Document findings during inspections, including non-compliance issues and areas for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with contractors and project managers to resolve issues and ensure timely project delivery.
- Provide recommendations for landscape improvements based on inspections and best practices.
- Assist in developing landscape maintenance plans and ensure they are implemented effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices in landscape management.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders regarding inspection findings and project status.
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape inspection, site management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, horticultural practices, and construction techniques.
- Experience with landscape construction quality control and project management processes.
- Excellent observational and analytical skills to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with sustainability practices and regulations related to landscaping is a plus.
