Job Summary:We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Planner to oversee and optimize production scheduling and inventory management. The successful candidate will coordinate materials, resources, and production timelines to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing operations that meet customer demands.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure availability of materials and resources.Monitor and adjust production plans to address changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, or equipment availability.Analyze production capacity and resource utilization to optimize efficiency.Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory status, and work orders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.Generate reports on production progress, inventory levels, and planning performance for management.Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline planning processes and reduce lead times.Support demand forecasting and inventory control activities to balance supply and demand effectively.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.Proven experience in production planning, manufacturing scheduling, or supply chain coordination.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.Knowledge of lean manufacturing and inventory management principles is a plus.
