Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Manufacturing Quality Engineer to ensure that all manufacturing processes and products meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, resolving quality issues, and supporting the delivery of high-quality products to customers.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems to ensure product compliance with internal and external standards.Monitor production processes to identify deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.Conduct root cause analyses of quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.Create and maintain detailed quality documentation, including inspection plans, process control plans, and test procedures.Perform inspections, audits, and tests of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure quality is built into processes and products from the start.Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.Provide training and guidance to production teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and present findings to management.Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, AS9100, IATF 16949) and customer-specific requirements.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of quality control principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA).Experience with quality standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.Proficiency in quality inspection tools and measurement equipment.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with quality management systems (QMS) and statistical software is a plus.Relevant certifications (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) are an advantage.
