- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in water/wet utilities engineering, including large-scale project management
- Expertise in water treatment, wastewater design, and regulatory frameworks (local and international)
- Proficient with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, EPANET, and hydraulic modeling tools; familiarity with GIS is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex engineering challenges
