  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies to obtain permits and maintain operational readiness
  • Oversee cost estimation, procurement, and budget control for labor, materials, and equipment

  • Mentor junior engineers and foster collaboration across design, construction, and QA teams

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to scheduling, resource allocation, and regulatory compliance
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; Master's or PMP/PE certification is an advantage
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in water/wet utilities engineering, including large-scale project management
  • Expertise in water treatment, wastewater design, and regulatory frameworks (local and international)
  • Proficient with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, EPANET, and hydraulic modeling tools; familiarity with GIS is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex engineering challenges
  • Strong knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient water infrastructure practices
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills in English
  • Must be a Saudi national
