- Manage schedules, meetings, and internal communications
- Handle documentation, data entry, and workflow tracking (Odoo & Excel)
- Coordinate purchasing and inventory updates with suppliers
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team logistics
- Prepare reports and maintain organized records
- Act as point of contact for internal and external correspondenceRequirements:
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multi-role tasks with clarity and accountability
