- Oversee the daily operations of the Film Studio, ensuring effective coordination between different departments involved in film production.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of studio resources, equipment, and personnel for various film projects.
- Manage communication between production teams, directors, and external vendors to facilitate seamless operations.
- Support the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices within the studio environment.
- Monitor studio activities and provide ongoing reports and insights on performance, resource utilization, and project progress.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for film projects, ensuring financial accountability and adherence to project budgets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies that could enhance studio operations.
- Act as a liaison between the studio team and senior management, providing updates and addressing any operational challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations coordination or project management, preferably within the film or entertainment industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and relationship building.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of film production processes and workflows is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.
- Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst involved in PMIS implementations or related projects.
