- Develop and implement innovative sponsorship strategies targeted at golf events and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Research and identify potential golf sponsorship opportunities, conducting outreach and establishing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to potential partners, highlighting the value of collaboration with Qiddiya.
- Manage the execution of sponsorship agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and optimizing partnership deliverables.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to create impactful sponsorship activations at golf tournaments and events.
- Monitor sponsorship performance metrics, preparing reports and analyses to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, ensuring continuous engagement through effective communication and support.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote sponsorship initiatives through multiple channels, maximizing their reach and impact.
- Stay informed of trends and developments within the golf industry to identify new opportunities for sponsorship and partnership development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in sponsorship management or business development, particularly within the sports or golf industry.
- Proven track record of successfully securing and managing sponsorships.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Analytical skills to evaluate sponsorship effectiveness and ROI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Passion for golf and a deep understanding of the golf industry landscape.
- Fluenta in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
