
Senior Sales Specialist, Riyadh (m/f/*)

- Implementing division strategy in a very dynamic and promising market.
- Achieving Quarterly and yearly sales targets and new product introduction.
- Determining key end users needs and driving execution of sales strategy to become the product of choice for end users.
- Communicating with all relevant external stakeholders to add values to 3M channels and end users.
- Engaging with end users to introduce and specify 3M products with a minimum of 10 weekly market visits with 70% of time spent in the market with existing end users and prospecting.
- Collaborating with CBTD team in Saudi and Emerging Markets to adopt best practices and share local market and success stories.
- Promoting 3M brand with end users and channel partners.
- Saudi nationality
- Minimum 10 years-experience in Saudi market, ideally in Riyadh in the following preferred fields (Printing, Auto and/or Construction)
- University degree, preferably in business or engineering
- Self-motivation with good time management to thrive in dynamic Saudi market
- Strong communication and persuasion skills to connect with end users, build pipeline and close deals
- Arabic speaking candidate with good English communication skills reading and writing
- Teamwork spirit and curiosity to learn
- Location in Riyadh with flexibility to travel on demand to Eastern region or other cities for specific project and/or end user visit
- Travel expectations: 20% out of Riyadh area
