- Support and lead the commercial contracts negotiations with existing and potential customers on CCS offtake.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive dynamics.
- Manage existing customer accounts and identify and develop business relations with new potential partners.
- Collaborate with different internal teams (law, finance, treasury, upstream, market intelligence) and align business development activities with existing targeted objectives.
- Organize and participate in industry networking events and engagement sessions for business development purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics. MBA or a relevant advanced degree is strongly preferred.
- At least 15 years of professional experience in commercial role, with a proven track record of long-term commercial deals in clean energy business.
- A combination of experience and knowledge of the clean energy industry and/or CCS, is required, including marketing analysis.
- Proven successful track-record in long-term commercial contracts negotiations.
- Ability to manage cross-cultural relationships internally and externally.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational team is essential.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in speaking and writing in English.
