We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, of company projects. The role involves coordinating between departments, tracking progress, ensuring deliverables are met on time, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to develop professional skills in project management within a fast-paced business environment.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
Track project deliverables and deadlines, reporting updates to the Project Manager.
Support cross-functional communication to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain project documentation, files, and progress reports.
Assist in identifying risks or delays and propose solutions.
Ensure compliance with internal project management standards and policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Eligible as per Tamheer program regulations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and develop project coordination skills.
