evelop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs in line with company and regulatory requirements.Maintain and update safety documentation, including:Incident/accident reportsSafety inspection checklistsRisk assessment recordsSafety meeting minutesTraining records and certificatesEnsure proper filing and archiving of HSE documentation (hard copy and digital).Prepare safety statistics, dashboards, and reports for management and regulatory submissions.Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and hazard identification exercises.Assist in the preparation and review of method statements, job safety analysis (JSA), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Support incident investigations and document findings, corrective actions, and follow-ups.Maintain compliance with ISO standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and other local regulations.Coordinate safety training sessions and maintain training attendance logs.Collaborate with HR and Operations to ensure staff compliance with PPE, safety regulations, and emergency procedures.
