Come work with us and let's build something great together!Military experience is a plus.This is not a teleworking position.Description:The Test Engineer/Analyst will provide test support to the Engineering Directorate at PM STORM, in direct support of launcher test programs and associated missile/rocket integration. Duties include overseeing test planning and test execution of assigned STORM portfolio test program(s).Responsibilities:
  • Ensures test capabilities exist for testing systems per established requirements.
  • Ensures all testing support elements (test fixtures, instrumentation, data collection, test personnel, etc.) are available and capable of supporting testing requirements.
  • Briefs leadership on status of the test planning and activities.
  • Supports the development of budgets for the test activities on assigned programs.
  • Coordinates within functional areas of the STORM PMO related to test support requirements.
  • Supports the Test Working Groups and IPTs and addresses action items assigned.
  • Coordinates with Test Ranges and Other Government Agencies (OGA’s) for test planning, test execution, and test reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience, Master's degree and 8 years of experience, Associate's degree and 12 years of experience; or High School degree and 14 years of experience.
  • 5 years or more of experience dealing with weapon system test planning and execution.
  • 3 or more years of experience ensuring test capabilities exist for testing systems against established system requirements.
  • 3 or more years of experience coordinating between functional areas or organizations to address testing detail requirements
  • 3 or more years of experience working in an integrated product team addressing hardware test requirements.
  • 3 or more years of experience providing/briefing leadership with the status of programs and associated actions and accomplishments.
  • 3 or more years of experience coordinating with test facilities and ranges for test planning and execution.
  • Must be willing to travel to test locations such as White Sands Missile Range for short periods of time.
  • Secret or higher DoD security clearance.
