- Preparing and updating Job Descriptions.
- Ensure all Job Descriptions are developed, modified & maintained on the ERP system.
- Maintain applicant data and update their status on the Applicant Tracking system- Taleo (An Oracle System).
- Updating the Recruitment sheet on a regular basis.
- Advertising job openings on the careers page, internally, job boards and social networking sites.
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates over the phone for the open positions.
- Contacting and following up with different recruitment agencies to assist with hiring when needed.
- Attending career fairs to promote the company and attract new candidates.
- Raising Requests for Approval to Hire and preparing offer letters for new joiners.
- Coordinating with the IT team to prepare the needed equipment for the new joiner.
- Preparing “People News Communication” for new joiners and emailing it on time.
- Following up with selected candidates to receive all documents needed and organizing all documents received.
- Following up with the PRO on the new employees' visas and ensuring that all the paperwork is done before they join.
- Work in the team spirit to support employee engagement activities for Zahrawi.
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement plans and activities.
