Senior Manager - Development (Hotels/Mixed-use) - (RES8)

• Manage and oversee the development of hotel projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic objectives and brand standards.
• Lead project planning and execution phases, including feasibility studies, design coordination, and construction management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform project scope, design, and operational strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel operators, contractors, and government authorities.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management and addressing any challenges that arise.
• Champion sustainable practices in hotel development to promote environmental responsibility and resource efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in hotel development, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
• Proven experience in successfully leading and managing hotel projects from concept through to completion.
• In-depth understanding of the hotel development process, including design, construction, and operational requirements.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
