This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic transformation projects with leading utility companies across the region, while working in a dynamic, fast-growing consulting environment.As a Senior Consultant, you will:

Support Strategic Projects: Contribute to high-impact consulting engagements in areas such as utility strategy, operational excellence, digital transformation, and sustainability
Client Interaction: Collaborate with client stakeholders, gather business requirements, and help shape strategic recommendations aligned with client goals
Project Execution: Take ownership of workstreams within larger projects, ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs, and support project managers in overall engagement delivery
Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with junior consultants, providing guidance and quality review, while supporting the project manager with team coordination
Knowledge & Innovation: Stay current with industry trends (e.g., energy transition, water conservation, ESG initiatives) and support the development of insights and tools that address the region’s unique challenges

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
5–7 years of experience in the utilities sector, including at least 4 years in a consulting or strategic advisory capacity
Strong understanding of utility operations, regulatory frameworks, and transformation trends in the Middle East
Demonstrated experience working on complex projects or transformation initiatives in the sector
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluency in English and Arabic is a MUST
Prior experience with government entities, regulators, or national utility companies is preferred
