- Lead the architectural design direction for mixed-use, residential, commercial, and office developments.
- Translate development briefs into clear and actionable architectural design requirements.
- Ensure alignment between design vision, financial feasibility, and market positioning.
- Review and approve architectural deliverables across all stages (Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, and IFC drawings).
- Manage and supervise external architectural consultants and review their submissions.
- Ensure compliance with project brief, cost plans, timelines, and quality standards.
- Ensure coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Evaluate design variations and participate in value engineering initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), MOMRA regulations, Civil Defense requirements, and municipality regulations.
- Coordinate with government authorities to obtain necessary design approvals and permits.
- Review technical specifications, material selections, and ensure constructability.
- Conduct design audits and quality reviews to maintain high standards.
- Integrate sustainability principles into design where applicable.
- Collaborate with cost consultants to ensure alignment with project budget and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the cost impact of design changes.
- Support the marketing team with architectural materials such as layouts, renders, and presentations when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED AP, or sustainability certifications are an advantage.
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in architectural design.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role within real estate development or consultancy.
- Proven experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong familiarity with Saudi regulatory approval processes.
